We’re full-fledged OBSESSED with Autumn at Prüvit HQ. So, we created the BEST of both worlds: Pumpkin. Spice. Fat Bombs. Be still my beating heart!
Pumpkin Spice Fat Bomb
Makes 12 servings. Per serving: 7.2g Fat, 0.8g Protein, 1.3g Net Carbs
Ingredients:
4oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c pureed pumpkin
2 tbsp of swerve
4 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 packet KETO//KREME® Pumpkin Spice
OR
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
2. Spoon mixture onto parchment-lined muffin tin or baking sheet
3. Freeze until set, about 20 minutes.
4. Store in freezer.

I buy monk sugar with erythitol at Amazon in 3 lb bag. Works good.

Can I use something in place of swerve? I don’t have it & cant get it locally.
Of course, any sugar substitute that you prefer and have access to would work!
